I have been to Your Yoga three times now and each time has been incredible. It is the first time in my life I feel called to a place to do yoga. I have always wanted to practice it regularly but never seemed to "get around to it." Each time I go to Your Yoga I just want to keep going back. I connect with the space and the instructors. It's a blissful experience.

I had never done yoga before, but knew I wanted to give it a try. Your Yoga was highly recommended to me by multiple people. The website is informative and it was very easy to sign up though not necessary. I showed up for my first class after signing up about an hour before. I wasn't quite sure what to do, but the signs for taking off your shoes and turning off your cell phones then just following others made it a lot easier. I walked right up to the front desk and introduce myself and let them know that this was my very first class and they let me know what to do and how to set up. I rented a mat from them and went into the space. Everybody was incredibly welcoming, courteous and respectful of each other. The environment had such good energy! Normally when trying new things like this in a group setting I have a lot of anxiety, yet here I had none. The instructor's name was Nicole and she was very easy to listen to and follow. Even though I had never done yoga before I never felt lost in the class. The breathing with the poses was incredible and the time flew by. When we finished I felt absolute bliss! Sore and grateful the morning after. I'm completely in love and I plan to return again and again!

This is my favorite yoga studio of all time! Every teacher has their own unique style, and I love them ALL!!! From the crazy loud music with dance-like flows, to mellow, meditation style classes. I have traveled to many different studios around the country and Crystal and her crew are by far the best!

I'm a student at MSU and found Your Yoga online while looking for a yoga studio. All of the instructors I have worked with are amazing and bring new insights into each yoga class I go to. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm, allowing everyone at any stage in their yoga practice to feel welcome. I love the phones off rule, since it helps me into a present mindset as soon as I walk in the doors to the studio and allows me to be fully present for all of class. I'll be coming back as long as I'm in Bozeman

Yesterday's class with Becca was a gift at the end of a very long journey. We've been away from home in California for over a year, presently on the final leg back and passing through Bozeman. Somehow the class found me and it was exactly what I needed. As a long time practioner and former yoga studio owner, I know a great studio when I find one. The space is clean and thoughtfully appointed on every level. Becca is a terrific teacher who guided us though a practice full of graceful postures and mental and emotional intention. She ended with a reading by Thich Nhat Hanh that I felt was meant for me: “When we walk like (we are rushing), we print anxiety and sorrow on the earth. We have to walk in a way that we only print peace and serenity on the earth... Be aware of the contact between your feet and the earth. Walk as if you are kissing the earth with your feet.” Shedding a peaceful tear during savasana always reminds me I've had a meaningful class. Namaste.
